Reconfigured 2,300 sf rectilinear lease space with sidewalk frontage transports the patron to a contemporary realm upon entering the building. Material and Form are purposefully juxtaposed against a simple concrete shell — ‘wood floor’ to ‘wood wall’ to ‘wood ceiling’ in one continuous motion. Custom cabinetry is suspended on a metallic grid that appears as a painterly stroke animating the remaining volume.
