City Hall Annex / Chamber of Commerce, Mission, Texas (2008-2009)
The project scope included site selection, research and brand identity, including indoor and outdoor signage in addition to the architectural program.
The design team aided city officials in strategically locating the facility next to the city-owned Mercado and designed a new connection via a landscaped plaza. This new location provides a uniquely versatile indoor/outdoor venue that will be available for use by the City of Mission and the Chamber of Commerce. While fostering a contemporary civic identity, this new location also will allow for a much larger attendance at the city’s numerous festivals and networking events.
The 7,500 SF Project was delivered on time and on budget.
